Actress and body-whisperer Sheila Kelley pioneered a feminine movement revolution, launching a brave new practice into a very masculine world more than two decades ago. Her own soulful journey is a passionate, personal, and scientific study of the feminine body, soul, and purpose. Sheila has been featured on TedX, Ellen, and Oprah. She is a regular speaker on stages across the world where she is the go-to authority for feminine empowerment, healing, and discovery. In this Live Call with Vishen Lakhiani, Sheila Kelley will talk about how her experimentation and study of movement revealed a deep connection between female physiology and vitality.

Sheila Kelley is an American actress known for her roles as Gwen Taylor on L.A. Law, Dr. Charlotte “Charley” Bennett Hayes on Sisters, and Debbie Wexler on The Good Doctor. In around the year 2000, Sheila was asked to star in a movie about strip dancing. The film was called Dancing at the Blue Iguana, and it was a really popular movie with Daryl Hannah. During that time, Sheila had to study the role of being a pole dancer, and that is when she found her passion for this art form. You can also see her in Netflix’s brilliant documentary Strip Down, Rise Up. Today Sheila has founded an organization called S Factor: Feminine Movement, where she introduces thousands of women to the beauty and the transformational act of movement and dance.
